About VPD Game Shop
VPD is a pioneer in the Finnish gaming industry and our ownership base is based on traditional private enterprise. VPD is a shop specialising in the sale of new and used video and PC games and accessories. Our selection covers a convincing range of games for different platforms as well as a large selection of retro products. Our excellent supplier relationships guarantee our customers a high quality selection from general favourites to the most specialised games. We also have a huge range of trading cards, soft toys and gift items such as mugs, bottles and posters. Our online shop also has a range of consumer electronics, phones, computers and much more.
Our store is located in Tikkurila, Vantaa, at Asematie 4-10, on the second floor of Tikkuri shopping centre.
Our services
We also accept your used console games, for which you can receive a trade-in credit, either directly to the product of your choice or as a gift voucher. We can also sell console games directly for cash to people over 16. PC games can be exchanged in special cases. Used games come with the same warranty as new games, so buying used games from us is as safe as buying a new game.
We also sell a wide range of digital products. By placing an order through our online shop, you will receive a download code directly in your email.
If you happen to find a product that is not in our range, we will be happy to find it and order it for you. We have supplied our customers with the most specialised games. Our good partners allow us to supply our customers all over the world, so ask us, we will serve you!

History of the VPD
VPD Videopelidivari Oy was originally established in 1992 as Tikkurila Buy and Sell. Initially, the range included everything from antique shops, but gradually the business moved completely into the fascinating world of video games. The business grew rapidly and VPD was one of the first in Finland to launch an online shop selling video games and accessories. The site, based solely on VPD's own stock listings, was used until the current online shop, and over the years it gained thousands of satisfied customers. In March 2006, the old owner sold VPD to the new owners. As a result, the online shop and the business were completely overhauled. With the new owners, the shop's range was renewed with PC games and the range of accessories was expanded. In 2008 and 2010, VPD was awarded Game Store of the Year by the Finnish Game Software and Multimedia Association (FIGMA). The award was based on the work of developing the Finnish games industry and the company's own operations.
The second major e-commerce reform took place in 2014. Over the last few years, we've expanded our range enormously, bringing in consumer electronics, phones, computers, downloads and much more.
